Eric joined the Venova team in 2019 as co-inventor and technology lead, bringing extensive previous experience in medical device development, including work with IUDs. Eric has served in several senior R&D and general management roles at international corporations. He is also a serial entrepreneur. He has contributed to the exit of six companies through public offering, and merger and acquisition. With over 40 patents focused on bioprocessing, medical devices, separation and purification, his current focus is on technology integration, intellectual property, and venture advisory for start-up companies and institutional investors.

Eric holds a PhD in Chemical Engineering from North Carolina State University.
